Although their technical team has a time zone that does not match ours, they have been very attentive and responsible in answering our questions, our website is very large and they have patiently attended to our issues. The support is outstanding. We have a really complicated use case and are still in the last preparations for the launch but the support is always really fast and helpful. They are doing everything they can to make this app work for us.

The app itself has probably one of the widest range of features that I've come across. Some customisation is required, but the app developers are willing to help with any requests to get the app working in the way that suits us.
