We've only used the app during the trial period, so couldnt comment much on the features of the app. However, we totally forgot the cancel the subscription and got charged of it. Steph was really super nice to help us talk to the mgmt to provide a refund.
Initially, we only got a 50% refund. But steph managed to persuade her mgmt to give us a full refund! Really thankful for that! Thanks Steph! The app is what we are looking for, will consider subscribing to it !

This is exactly what we were looking for in a B2B app! We tried another app, only to find out it didn't work with international pricing, where this one works with international pricing and it integrates better creating a more seamless experience for our customers. I highly recommend this App. I have ever tried several Apps. I don't have any coding background. Other App always requires me to copy and paste the code. I was lost and had no idea at all. This is the easiest and the most convenient one. All I need to do is install the APP. Also, they have fantastic customer service. It makes me feel I don't only buy the products but also the service. Nguyen Quoc Cuong and Jonas provide me with instant technical support to resolve my issues.

BSS has been a great addition to my store. There are so many options when setting up your B2B customers. The customer service was fast and responsive and was able to help me with some integration and shipping issues I was having.
