I am thrilled with the service that we received while on the trial, it was one of the many deciding factors to move forward with the app. I reached out for assistance with the customization of the registration form to match our theme. Emma C. was prompt to assist with our inquiry, and along with her technician Nguyen Tien Hau, they were able to execute the request timely and exactly to the specifications mentioned. She also provided images of both mobile and desktop to make sure the edits were correct, before closing the ticket! Visually it is everything I wanted. The app is really easy to use, and there is a lot of supporting documentation. I hope that if I need any additional support in the future I get to work with Emma again!
