Thanks a lot for quick response to June for helping with our Shopify app. Our solution is already up and running after a couple of days with all our feature requests.

I have had the app installed for a few months. It is full of features but it is also unreliable and has a fair share of bugs. The pricing has failed MULTIPLE times and charged customers full price instead of the discounted rate. Previously (not in the past 2 months) the "servers" have also failed and caused customers to see and be charged full pricing. Now today I have added new products to custom pricing lists and the discounts are not working. It's really fustrating to pay $50/m for an app that is not reliable.

The help received from Emma and the team in configuring the app for our store was excellent. They spent a lot of time in both configuring and educating me on the modules within the app. Once configured, the application is the perfect solution for our store. Emma and the team troubleshooted some UI issues on our store to get the registration form looking and working well also. Highly recommended.

Did exactly what we wanted for wholesale customer and displaying prices as inc/ex VAT which other apps we tried did not do.

Setting up which products I wanted to included as wholesale was very easy but when it came to displaying VAT I needed some assistance, I contacted customer service via live chat and June was extremely helpful, as well as developer Cuong Nguyen Quoc. They even worked late to assist us as we are in different timezones. Would definitely recommend.

Tried to partner with this app because it looked ideal and had good reviews. Being in Australia, we were directed to an office in Vietnam. Had a rushed demo and then we sent an email with one single question. A "ticket" was sent to us but had no content. Followed up a few times seeking an answer or more info. No replies to the emails. Eventually sent one saying will you assist, or should I give up? No response. Very disappointed.

Me han modificado la plantilla para que los clientes mayoristas puedan ver los precios personalizados en la página de la tienda. Ya se estaban quejando porque no veian los precios reducidos. Asique en menos de 24 horas el tecnico Duc y Jennie me han ayudado. Me toca traducirlo al ingles pero de todas formas nos entendemos con el traductor de google.
Actualización: no me resuelven los problemas, además tardan más de 24 horas en contestar, en españa resuelven las cosas a las 9 de la mañana y luego desaparecen 24 horas

Jennie and the technician Duc Nguyen Van have helped me, they have solved a problem in less than 24 hours and everything is fine. I have modified the template so that wholesale customers can see custom prices on the store page. They were already complaining because they did not see the reduced prices. So in less than 24 hours the technician Duc and Jennie have helped me. I have to translate it into English but we still don't understand with the google translator.
Update: they do not solve my problems, they also take more than 24 hours to answer, in Spain they solve things at 9 in the morning and then they disappear for 24 hours

App support was super great! Jena Nguyen, dev Tran Duc And and Pham Dinh Hai went above and beyond to implement what we needed for our store. Our theme didn't support a few things in the app but Jena and her team were able to find the the problem and gave us some options on how we wanted to proceed. They were able to make the needed adjustments our store needed in a timely manner without any problems. Would definitely recommend this app for any wholesale solutions!
