I use this app to set up pricing profiles as well as discounts for specific products by customer. I also use this app to require registration and collect necessary account information up front. The support from the Emma and the development team is fast and they were easy to work with.

Developers Trinh Viet Anh & Nguyen Quoc Cuong as well as Jonas as the support agent were very responsive and helpful in working with us to get the wholesale store set up. We are in GMT+8 and we never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response from the team. Really appreciate the instant replies and updates, as well as the workable solutions offered. BSS/Wholesale solution is no doubt the perfect APP I used ever on Shopify. Since the first question I sent, I started a different journey in the Shopify world! They do really care about what problems I face and are willing to listen & figure out the root cause. All the communication and efforts are taken seriously to make sure they truly resolve the issues as they can do in every single detail. Also direct me on how to set up the Shopify function for additional help. I can't imagine how worried I would be if I didn't choose them, fortunately I made the right choice. Appreciated their quick response and continually upgraded software, Help us move on to the next level step by step. Truly recommended in my mind.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely give them more! It is the second time I got help from Jonas and Nguyen Tien Hau and they once more made this an outstanding experience for me. They did not just solve my problem (I couldn't figure out how to switch to the business registration form instead of the Shopify standard registration form), but exceeded my expectations and went one step further and style my contact form for me in the design pattern of the Webshop. I am so blown away by this service. I always recommend them and if I ever struggle I will 100% ask those two to help me.

Great options on this app for anyone that's doing B2B and needs a fast solutions for things such as: hiding prices, custom forms etc. Even better support. Been asking a couple of technical questions and they have helped me fast. Really happy with the app. Recommend.

This app works really well and is easy to configure. Due to my theme, I needed a little extra help installing but I contacted the support team at BSS Commerce and they made the adjustments needed very quickly. We are using all 3 B2B apps provided by BSS on our website without issue and would recommend them to any store looking to add B2B functionality. The BSS Team are very knowledgeable and the support we have received is outstanding. Thanks especially to Emma and Hoa Xuan Duong who have gone above and beyond to get the set-up exactly as we required, even working the weekend when we had a rush query.
