BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

Great B2B app for people wanting to offer wholesale with a seperate portal on their store! Customer service is very helpful and great at answering questions.

Application works as expected and if you have any issues or questions, customer support is available and responsive.

BSS: B2B Wholesale Solution has all the features we were looking for, and more. It's easy to use, and their customer support (especially Namyr) is truly great. Any issue I ran into so far, they have addressed it quickly which allowed us to get up and going quickly. I like how customizable it is.

The only challenge is that their customer support operates on the opposite time zone than where I live in EDT. That said, I just logged in at night for a bit to get quick answers. After demo'ing a handful of other apps, BSS: B2B Wholesale offers a great value. The support team really makes me feel like I have a partner vs. me just being a customer.

Jonas and the tech team has been very helpful and responsive in support to apply the BSS B2B wholesale features to the store. We highly recommend this wholesale solution, which is quite comprehensive.

Very useful app. I had some issues setting up and making the rules etc but Namyr was very help and the team resolved any issues I had quickly no matter what time it was.

Although their technical team has a time zone that does not match ours, they have been very attentive and responsible in answering our questions, our website is very large and they have patiently attended to our issues. What can I say? Awesome team, go above and beyond to get everything working as it should and then add in customisations we requested (and did a great job on that, too).

The support is outstanding. We have a really complicated use case and are still in the last preparations for the launch but the support is always really fast and helpful. They are doing everything they can to make this app work for us.
