Exceptional customer service. There were a few things not working during setup and June and the team were amazing at fixing them quickly and providing continued support during the setup process!

Just started using the app, so can't talk about the success yet, but I can tell that the set-up was really straightforward, and the help we got from Joy as customer support was really quick and good.

Horrible. The prices load super slow and sometimes don't work for no reason. They were trying to fix this pricing errors and they did something wrong coding my theme and now the shopping cart is not working properly. Customer service is OK, they are all the time apologizing. They can't give solutions.

I've installed this app, the app works well and their customer support is also great the resolved issues in a quick time.

This is a great add on to Shopify. The custom pricing feature as well as customer registration is what I've used. It enables us to setup B2B functionality for our store. The support has been great and quick to address the issues as they have come up. the one improvement idea is to ensure the custom codes the app adds to the shopify template do function consistently. In our experience, it seems the website sometimes bypasses the BSS's codes and reverts to be using the default Shopify template. Ovrall a good app.

We've only recently started using the app but support so far has been fantastic. Joy and team have solved the issues we were having quickly & effectively. All while being very friendly and polite. Thumbs up!

This app looks really complete, provides a lot of features that can help b2b businesses. Looking forward to see how much more can help me. I really appreciate the customer support, especially from Emma and the technician Hoa Xuan Duong, that were really kind to solve my doubts and problems. Emma especially was really kind and immediately solved all my little problems, like a litlle theme conflict that se was able to solve in less than one hour. I really reccomend the app.
