Best service of any app I've used so far. They've helped customize several aspects of what we need and the auto-tagging features saved a ridiculous amount of time so we can generate reports based on wholesale vs retail orders instead of Shopify's native reports that don't have enough customization for our setup.

Support team is amazing! The app was a little hard to install on your own if you don't know much about coding, but the team can install everything for you or fix problems with features you turned on. All in all, really great app and support team!

The B2B Wholesale Solution by BSS is a well thought through application for our Shopify store. It is allowing us to manage our B2B clients in a professional manner. The team at BSS has bent over backwards to help us customize our UI and follow our branding concepts and even went beyond the call of duty to help us fix some glitches that we had on our site, which had nothing to do with the BSS implementation. The team headed by Jolie and Jonas did an amazing job. I thank them for their professionalism, and their great attitude. Regardless of being half way around the world, it seemed as if they were next door. Congratulations to Jonas and Jolie, who did an amazing job of caring and following up on details, and to the BSS team who worked tirelessly and quickly to entertain all my customization. We use this app to facilitate many parts of our store. Over 350 custom tiered pricing rules for normal and b2b customers, b2b program enrollment, custom list prices for specific customers, and more. Every time we've run into technical issues the team has successfully helped resolve them. Also, there are regular app functionality updates which gives us new options and comfort that the app is well supported.
