They offer great support, I needed help with a form and they delivered quickly, the app is very intuitive as well.

I installed the app and set up the rules immediately, which more fairly easy to understand, but still had an issue with the custom pricing on the collection page. Luckily Emma and her technician Minh Tri were super quick and fixed me the issue and even game me a walk through in a video call. I am exited to start using it.

We used this app in combination with their B2B Portal/Net Terms app, to create a vendor portal store. The app is simple to use and it worked great! Some features we had to get custom-made and coded by the BSS team due to our specific use case. These customizations would only take a few days and the team outlined the entire build process before starting. The customer service is AMAZING, their team is extremely helpful and attentive to whatever issue you are experiencing and it gave us confidence in using their solutions. We did a major customization for our wholesale side of the website and it was thanks to this app and its support, especially to Emma and Leorio. They both are great and able to give us the customization we need based on the requirements we gave them.
