Thank you to Emma and Tri Minh for assisting with all my enquiries in a timely manner! you guys are great :D This app is very detailed and very useful for businesses offering user customer account discounts. We are transitioning to wholesale and account member discounts only and since there's so many elements to this app, customer support is essential. Emma has been the greatest support through this transition even helping me make changes, as well as educating me on how to navigate the app. The best thing about it all is that Emma is extremely prompt with her replies through chat and as a business owner this is very important if you're going to be paying for an app.

Great B2B System, Support works perfect with fast answering, integrations are developed quickly and update wishes get accepted. Everything in all an great customizeable B2B System.
We strongly recommend the app. The functions of the app are well structured and clear. At the beginning we had some issues with the setup. But the support consisting of Joy Nguyen (our contact person), and the developers Mai Van Quy and Nguyen Ngoc Hai helped us within a very short time. They were very friendly, kind and very helpful.

B2B Wholesale Solution has been an affordable and easy solution for us to offer exactly what we needed for our wholesale customers. It has a great range of features. None of the features have been complicated to install just a little lengthy if you do do not want to go out to the top package in terms of customer pricing but understand the app structure and think it is good value for the features.
Customer service has been fantastic. Quick, polite and efficient and have fixed all the issues we have had with install very efficiently. Shout out to Jonas and the tech team Hoa Xuan Duong & Nguyen Dinh Khanh who have helped us with several problems.
