B2B Wholesale Solution by BSS

I recently added the app to my store and needed assistance getting it to work properly. Many thanks to Emma C and Hoang Van Luan, the tech. I submitted a support ticket, and I received an immediate response!

They both made certain that all of the features required for my website were installed and functioning properly. I created a Price List per Customer, and Emma was a huge help with the initial setup. The tech guy assisted in the installation of custom prices on all pages, including a Wishlist page rendered by a third-party app. This is useful if you have products that are only available to certain customers, such as wholesale versus regular.

Many additional features, such as the shipping rate, I intend to use in the future. I can exclude clients with business courier accounts from shipping fees so that I can charge the appropriate amount to customers with business courier accounts. Overall, both the app and the assistance I received from Emma and Hoang Van Luan were excellent. I'm not sure where I'd be if it weren't for them! Excellent overall experience.

I am very happy with this app.
Above all, when I installed B2B/WHOLESALE SOLUTION, the application was not fully compatible with my Shopify theme and Emma and Minh Dang were able to do a serious and fast job so that everything could work!
I had an issue with the quantity amount break function not updating in the cart and despite it being the weekend the team still fixed the issue.
Really very satisfied with this application and the team.

Very fast and perfect support. I have installed the B2B Login app from BSS before, and now I'm testing out the B2B/Wholesale Solution app for my site. I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. I needed a custom registration form and some settings, Support staff June Nguyen and dev Duc Anh Tran solved fastly. Many thanks for the product and support.

Excellent service in required areas. Very responsive in dealing with any issues encountered. No issues in recommending this app and their technical team.

It's not the perfect solution, because you have to assign coupon codes for the wholesale customers through the app. Your wholesale customers can't use "normal" Shopify coupon codes while using this app, which most rewards programs incompatible. (Because most rewards programs create coupon codes when someone redeems their points, but these codes are regular Shopify codes that wholesale customers can't use.) After a lot of experimenting with many apps, we have found a reward program that will work alongside this app - a reward program that uses gift cards instead of coupon codes. It's not the ideal solution for us, but we have adjust and it works fine now. The support always gets back to you within a day and is very helpful, and the app has a lot of features. Overall I'm very happy with it.
