We have been looking around for a while to get a comprehensive B2B app and I've to say that this one from BSS Commerce really has a lot to offer and, even more important, the level of support we had during the onboarding and testing phase from Annie , the technical colleagues Duong Hoa, Minh Dang, Dinh Khanh, Leorio and their Business Analyst Riley was superlative. The app offers a lot of functionalities that could be deeply adapted to our wholesaler needs, especially thanks to the developer team that promptly addressed all our concerns and questions and was always ready to adapt our theme code or propose alternative solutions.

This app is the perfect solution if you want to utilize B2B functions but don't have the sales to justify upgrading to Shopify Plus. Jennie and Nguyen Tien Hau have provided great support in setting up our system and making some small customizations to our theme. They have been very responsive and a great help in answering all our questions.

The application worked decently (was a bit slow showing prices at times), but two time updates were made to the application which made our site unusable and we lost many sales. These updates seemed to have been pushed live without much testing from the BSS team. We contacted the BSS team and they were unaware that their application broke our site checkout. They stated that their app was not responsible. 4 days later, they followed back up and said they in fact did see multiple errors in the B2B/Wholesale app that caused our site to break. After issues like this happened twice, we pulled the application from our site because it was not worth the risk of it constantly breaking and bringing down our site.

Firstly, sorry for the inconvenience caused so far and thank you for your valuable report so that we can improve our app to be better.
Secondly, because the B2B scenario is complicated and there might have some conflicts between the app and your theme/other apps so it takes some time for us to detect the problem.
