I have bought this app for two different customers. Both times we had an issue with the theme and ability to show the discounted price in the collection pages. The support team did not rest until we had it fixed.

I have some issues with the form and they helped me to make the form shown correctly though at the beginning it was not shown as I wanted. The team also explain to me very carefully. I also had other requirements such as compatibility with the other app and dev Duc helped me resolve it well too. All I need to do is to explain my request and tech experts helped me well. June Nguyen was supportive and she deserved big praise for her support. The tech expert Nguyen Van Duc solved every issue well nearly quickly and accurately and so they were really good at it. I purchased the entire BSS Commerce suite of apps: Login/Lock & Hide Pricing, B2B Wholesale Solution and B2B Portal/Net Terms. All of the apps have great functionality and have made my wholesale program and checkout process much more efficient. Their customer support team stayed online with me helping me set everything up and make sure it worked just as I wanted. They were so patient!!

This app has completely changed how we interact with b2b clients and our website. It allows you to manage incoming potential customers, assign prices depending on customers' type, and use quantities purchases to determine pricing. We dealt with Steph who went above and beyond to sort out all of our problems and then some (Steph; you are a legend!). If you are a b2b facing business I cannot recommend them highly enough to create the perfect system for maximising sales and interoperability for ease of use and allows us more time to focus on serving our customers.
