Good customer service !
I encountered several problems with the installation of the application which were all resolved very quickly with the BSS team.
This was the only app we could find that provided a solution for our sales reps to creating orders with custom pricing rules. The customer support from Jonas and the Tech support from Cuong NVM was great, and their response time was quick, and and efficient.
A great and understandable app that really allows a good platform for a B2B commerce via Shopify. I was challenged with a few settings and was wonderfully advised by the support within a very short time and the problems were solved faster than you can imagine. I can only highly recommend!

This app was very easy to use for the purpose of having our customers fill out a wholesale registration form in order to create an account to shop. For the things we weren't able to figure out, the support team did a great job of assisting us and fixing all issues with minimal hassle on our end. Jonas N was extremely easy and pleasant to work with, and Nguyen Quoc Cuong worked behind the scenes to finish the technical work efficiently and exactly how we wanted. This made us feel really confident about using this app because we knew that we could depend on the support and technical teams.

I think it is better than most apps in terms of features and price. I've been using it for a while and I can do all the operations I want. I think it is one of the best apps on the B2B side. Especially in technical support, the customer representative "Stephanie" was very helpful. They respond quickly when you have a problem.

I used this application for our wholesaler project. I was quite worry because we have a lot of challenges such as multi currencies, multi languages, retail and wholesaler prices, etc. The support team is really attentive and responsive! We are creating a new B2B version of our site and tried numerous options via the app store and found that the BSS one fulfilled our needs. We wanted our B2B customer to have a full website experience rather than a portal into yet another system and this made it all possible. Any niggles I had were quickly sorted by the responsive and friendly support team who went above and beyond in solving them. Cannot recommend highly enough.
