Good app, however, it didn't work right away when I installed it.

I had to contact their technical team, but they were very responsive, so no issues there.

Just a little pricey too.

Aside from these two points, it's a 5-star rating.

Update as of May 1st

Emma was quite helpful last week.
She addressed all our concerns and helped us set up this app to work properly. we have been testing it for a few days and it works perfectly fine now. At first, communication was an issue but she was understanding and helpful.

EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL SUPPORT TEAM -

Update as of 3/20/25
It almost feels like a prank how they are avoiding to help you after you ask them for something, at 1am they email you saying '' do you really confirm this action?'' and when you confirm it they say they can't do it.

They spam your email at 1 in the morning saying they can't help you
because it's their lunchtime. They beg for reviews, this is my third time editing this review as it's impossible to get help without leaving a bad review. The app keeps crashing - especially if you have large amount of items. For an app that's so expensive, it's ridiculous how unhelpful they are.

Update as of 2/20/25 :

They ignore our support requests. We are using the platinum plan ($100 a month). We have been trying to reach them for the past few days through in-app chatbox, email and whatsapp yet Selina keeps ignoring them.

App has great features and helpdesk always responds quickly, very service-minded! The only minor issue is that it cannot be combined with add-ons that come with a price (then the price of the add-on just isn't calculated.

The BSS app is amazing! A special shoutout to Emma for her outstanding support, she’s always friendly, quick to help, and really thinks along with you. The app itself is super user-friendly and has so many great features. Highly recommend it!

Good app, not a 5/5 as things could always be improved but overal it's working. A bit too expensive in my opinion though.

pros:
1) The support team talks properly to the customer
2) They understand the customer's requirement very well and then give the proper solution.
3) If any issue comes up in the tool then they try their best to resolve it.
4) Customer's query is resolved within 24 hours
5) The tool is easy to configure
6) This tool fulfills the requirements I had.

cons:
1) Customer support is not 24/7
2) There should be something to resolve customer's queries within 24 hours.

The app is great, but it's confusing and it's a pain to get set up and the customer service hours are not convent.

We recommend this app. They were some compatibility issues with our custom code but the support answer and solve things pretty quick and the app does the job.
We put 4 stars because the app don't allow the uses of shopify custom codes which we needed.

Service has been amazing and I have achieved exactly what I wanted however the cost is quite high. I would also note you may need to subscribe to 2 apps to get the desired outcome. I would recommend this as a BSB app it does seem to be within the same costs as others so based on service alone I can’t fault the fast response
