Excellent customer support, this is the second time I have proposed an update on the code, thanks Jonas for listening to my needs patiently, and Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Cuong NVM two technicals for helping me realize my idea quickly

I received great support from Emma and the technicians (Minh Tri and Minh Dang). They respond quickly to the issues I demand and are sure to solve them.

I use this app to set up pricing profiles as well as discounts for specific products by customer. I also use this app to require registration and collect necessary account information up front. The support from the Emma and the development team is fast and they were easy to work with.

BSS/Wholesale solution is no doubt the perfect APP I used ever on Shopify. Since the first question I sent, I started a different journey in the Shopify world! They do really care about what problems I face and are willing to listen & figure out the root cause. All the communication and efforts are taken seriously to make sure they truly resolve the issues as they can do in every single detail. Also direct me on how to set up the Shopify function for additional help. I can't imagine how worried I would be if I didn't choose them, fortunately I made the right choice.
