BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

I have just installed this app and the customisation process has been very smooth. Emma has been fantastic, answering my requests very quickly and understanding my needs.
I have used other wholesale apps in the past which were either complicated or had a poor customer service so I can compare!
I really recommend it.

We only use a very small part of what this solution offers in total. That however works very well. The support from the team and their devs is outstanding and probably the biggest reason to recommend the app.

Our store isn't compatible with the app and they weren't willing to help us unless we uninstalled other apps we currently use (we are unable to uninstall those apps). We paid $50 for the app, had it less than 24 hours, and they refused to refund us. We really wanted to work with the development team to make this app work for us, but it is unfortunate they were not willing to issue a refund.

The app works really well for us, but the real stars here are the support team!

Jonas went above and beyond to help me this morning with a shipping issue I thought was related to BSS. It turned out to be caused by another app, but that didn’t stop Jonas from dedicating his time to finding a solution. This app is good. A lot of customizations that you can add to your store in order to sell to B2B customers right away. Not all features are self adjustable, but customer support is very helpful and attentive. Emma from support really helped a lot with everything we needed.

Great app, very helpful! I think the features are fairly comprehensive and they give you everything you would need to run a wholesale component to your store. Features were developed thoughtfully and the support team is pretty on top of anything you need. A lot of the functionality is also intuitive and makes it easy to navigate the UX.
