BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

Joy and her team went above and beyond to help us get several apps installed and offered to help with a lot of the backend stuff that I wasn't familiar with. So far the app does exactly what I need it to and if I ever have any issues I know they will be there to guide me. I highly recommend them!

That is an unbelievable perfect working solution to all the basic needs of a wholesale shop. This app answered to all my questions regarding how would a B2B store work on shopify. I wouldn't say it's very easy to configure everything right, but the staff (Madu and Minh Tri) is always there to help you or even to do the job for you. Special thanks to Emma, she is very kind and you can count on her at any time! For any wholesale business that chose shopify, this application is a must!

Having used a slow invoice/email process for wholesale through shopify for 2 years, this has been a great alternative to have on our shopify store. Only wish this option had a slightly higher tier which includes the hide/lock price option (paying for two separate apps requires ongoing wholesale sales to justify) but it streamlines everything into one store.

With this setup, I don't need a second site, spending more time keeping tabs on stock across both sites, which can't be easily synced. Overall, the team is great and they produced exactly what I was looking for in a short period of time. Emma and her team constantly checked in to make sure everything was to the standard / UI / UX I was looking for. Not cheap for a small shop, but invaluable when it comes to the overall function and flow from the back-end.

The support I have experienced thus far has been great! Most recently, I required some custom front end development work to display hidden prices on my B2B Cart page. I was using 2-3 other apps alongside BSS Commerce , which resulted in hidden product pricing. Within 24-hours of contacting Josephine Dao and Hai NN, the solution was resolved with a few lines of liquid code. I was completely hands off and they managed to solve everything for me.

I use this app to set up pricing profiles as well as discounts for specific products by customer. I also use this app to require registration and collect necessary account information up front. The support from the Emma and the development team is fast and they were easy to work with.

Great App

The app does what it says, we are using it to give our members early access to sale and it works with some delays on our theme that has some custom features on it. However the support has been great, helping us set everything up and also working on any bugs that happened with our theme.
