Easy to use, quick to set up, and excellent support. I've used multiple B2B solutions over the past decade, and so far BSS B2B has been the best one by miles.

What really stands out is the support. They respond quickly, actually answer your questions, and help you work through any issues instead of just pointing you toward documentation and expecting you to figure everything out on your own.

If you're having trouble finding a B2B solution that's easy to understand and actually works, you can probably stop searching. BSS B2B has been a great experience for us.

I have just started using the app, primarily utilizing the volume pricing feature to display our tiered wholesale rates. Compared to other plugins, I find the functionality and logic here to be superior, which is why I ultimately chose this app. The support agents are also highly professional; they provide solutions and responses to my requests and even proactively coordinate with their internal teams regarding development needs. My website is a strictly B2B and we screen each customers before granting them access. Ever since Shopify changed their login to 2AF only, this caused issue to our flow.
Stumbled across BSS suits of apps, though out of the box BSS's options didn't work smoothly with our flow.
Got in touch with Lena and explained to her exactly what we needed and she help run point and coordinated with her dev team to customize their product to our needs. Lena was very easy and pleasant to work with. She and her team with more than patient with our changes and did their best to meet up.
Would recommend BSS's product suite and if out of the box doesn't meet your needs feel free to get in touch with them to get it tailored.

BSS was the best choice for setting up the flow I wanted. It wasn’t exactly perfect out of the box, and I did run into a few technical hiccups along the way, but the support team has been amazing.

Long story short, I tried a different app before finding this one to handle my wholesale order needs. There were some issues due to the previous app that was creating problems for the B2B app to function properly. I asked for help and the team immediately jumped in to help get me up and running. They kept me informed the entire time and were so friendly and helpful. They also helped me get a few of my functions working properly to streamline my operation. To make this even better, the previous app would not help me and this team took charge and got everything corrected. So far, I am very impressed with this developer and their prompt customer service! I would give it 10 stars but I can only choose 5!
