Sehr gute App mit vielen Möglichkeiten. In den letzten Tagen hatte ich einige Kontakte mit dem Support, da ich gewisse Dinge anpassen bzw. optimieren wollte. Hill war stets sehr freundlich und konnte all meine Fragen innert kürzester Zeit beantworten. Jetzt läuft alles wie gewünscht. Vielen Dank!
Support is Great BUT - We run into issues, instability, inconsistencies and we needed to reach out to the support team to resolve those issues. However, their support team was prompt and did resolve all of our issues - I was impressed with their commitment to resolving issues and making the product work. But it is hard to make to make this product work out-of-the-box (This may have been because we used product variants).
Shoutout to Louis from CS for dedicated efforts to resolve our issues 10/10. A special thanks to dev team and developer South D - Their skills, problem solving and dedication is greatly appreciated; looking at the code, Shopify sure doesn't make it easy, and creative solutions are needed.
If you need something changed or fixed with BSS B2B, absolutely reach out to their Support team; Notably if you find prices taking a long time to load - their support team can assist with this.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App und dem daran angebundenen Support. In unserem von Shopify genutzten Theme, mussten sehr viele Anpassungen vorgenommen werden, die BSS alle nach und nach umsetzen konnte. Die Kommunikation war bestens. Die App ist im B2B-Bereich sehr gut und hilft uns dabei das im Webshop abzubilden, was Shopify im Standard leider nicht zur Verfügung stellt bzw. gar nicht im Funktionsumfang beinhaltet. Wir sind in der Lage, kundenabhängige und somit kundenindividuelle Preise, Preisstaffeln sowie Nettopreise und die daran gebundenen Grundpreise korrekt zu zeigen als auch eine B2B-Registrierung vorzunehmen, so dass Kunden erst nach Prüfung und Freischaltung als B2B-Kunde bestellen können. Wer mit Shopify einen B2B-Shop realisieren möchte, ist mit dieser APP bestens beraten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte BSS-Team (ganz besonderen Dank an Jonas, der mein Hauptansprechpartner in der gesamten Projektphase war).
Die app funktioniert nur schlecht und nur auf einigen themes. Die Hilfe ist gleich null. Man muss Tagelang auf eine Antwort warten. Nicht zu empfehlen

stable app that works really well, though it's rather expensive.

We have a small embroidery and printing business in New Zealand and use Shopify for our online retail store.
B2B BSS have been great for us. We use the Quantity break and Tax display functions at the moment but will likely explore more in the future.
The customer service an dev support have been great, design and functionality changes have been completed within 24 hours so far so 5 star from us.
Bss works especially well, Customer service have been very helpfull in helping personalize my B2B website, A very special thing that not all other company do is that they had doublecheck to make sure there is no issue. A special mention to customer service who is very helpfull. Special shouout to Lux!

I tried to use the app for charging B2B prices to EU and non-EU customers and to add a fee for every unit to each order. I was very transparent from the start of my trial.
Positive:
Support is quick, responsive, helpful and nice.
Bad:
After several months of going back and forth with the support & paying the platinum price, it turned out that the app does not fulfill both requirements.
The calculation of VAT / non VAT is prices is incorrect. If you want to set up one net of VAT B2B fix price for the world, it does not work.
Also there is no option to add a fee per unit, you would have to make several thousand of manual rules.
I am disappointed.

Misleading Sales and Poor Customer Experience
I’ve wasted over 2 hours discussing a plan that was misrepresented from the start.
I was clearly told the feature I needed was available on the $50/month plan, only to find out later that it’s actually locked behind the $100 plan. When I pointed this out, the support offered a “20% discount” on the higher plan — effectively trying to upsell me to 70 CHF/month instead of honoring what was initially offered.
This kind of bait-and-switch pricing may work elsewhere, but it’s unacceptable in Switzerland, especially in B2B relations. I explained in detail what I needed before subscribing, yet was met with generic scripted replies and even an emoji at the end of a “sorry” message after wasting my time.
Unprofessional, misleading, and inconsiderate of clients’ time.
If transparency and business integrity matter to you — look elsewhere.

This team offers great support. We had a few issues which needed custom integration into our theme and they've been helpful throughout the entire process to get it working. It takes some back and forth due to the time zone difference, but they've made the Net Terms and Tax calculation work on wholesale orders that I haven't found on other apps. Thanks
