The support is amazing, very quick and straight to the point.
There are many many options and if there is something you cant do yourself the support staff will make sure it will happen.

This is a great add on to Shopify. The custom pricing feature as well as customer registration is what I've used. It enables us to setup B2B functionality for our store. The support has been great and quick to address the issues as they have come up. Overall a good app.

This will solve all of your issues of providing separate pricing for wholesale customers. Not only can you separate wholesale and retail, you can restrict access between the two, have different tier pricing, sign up form for wholesale customers, etc. They have endless features to solve the restriction between the two distinctions.
Also, when you are stuck or can't get something to work the way you need it to, their support is incredible! Their support turnaround time to specific issues alone is worth the price. Can not recommend more.

Jonas went above and beyond to help me this morning with a shipping issue I thought was related to BSS. It turned out to be caused by another app, but that didn’t stop Jonas from dedicating his time to finding a solution. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly supportive - he genuinely couldn’t do enough to assist me.

The customer service (especially Louis) from BSS is outstanding – responses are fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Even with more complex requests like customizations or tax display issues in the B2B setup, the support team takes the time to provide clear solutions and guides you step by step through the process. You feel taken seriously and professionally supported – a true highlight of this app. We still have a few topics where we hope for a more satisfying solution in the future, but we are currently in the testing phase and fully satisfied so far.

BSS Wholesale is the best Wholesale app we found for our needs. Even better, BSS has been very attentive and accessible to us during our build out. We have requirements that needed a decent amount of back and forth (don't we all??) with them and always got answers to our questions quickly along with solutions. As a side bonus, they have a wide variety of compatible programs which makes it so much easier. A one-stop shop Wholesale marketplace!

Update: still using BSS since January, 2024 and still very happy we selected them as our Wholesale app partner. One feature we really love is their threshold pricing which allows us to offer our reps (we have hundreds of reps) 30-60% discount depending on their order value or create custom thresholds for specific heavy volume reps.
