Great app, works very well, fantastic customer support. Contacted them for an issue, in a couple of hours Jennie and Joy fixed everything.
The app is fantastic and works exactly as advertised. What truly sets it apart, though, is the exceptional support team (especially Emma). They resolved a theme integration issue very quickly and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Their responsiveness and dedication are top-notch. The app is an excellent tool, especially for B2B purposes, offering features similar to Shopify Plus but at a more affordable rate. The app works great to separate our B2B from our B2C customers. The B2B account approval process and pricing tiers have helped us integrate our B2B site into our B2C site so we no longer need to maintain 2 separate sites. Support was very quick and helpful in getting this app integrated properly.

BSS: B2B/Wholesale Solution gives the ability to utilize many of the features that are only available on Shopify Plus. Especially the public API makes it exceptionally good for B2B retailers. You can't find a better alternative!
The usage of the app is quite easy and well documented, but installation isn't as straight forward as on other similar apps. However, BSS Commerce has provided superb support on installing and optimizing the experience on our store. I definitely recommend this and other BSS Commerce's apps!
