This app has everything you need to manage a B2B kind of business. But beyond the flawless features, the team is always available and skillfull, always ready to fix any problem. My favorite one is Louis, who I would always like to have by my side when managing these apps. I've installed all their apps for my B2B business and recommend them all to anyone who wants to manage this kind of business effectively.

Onboarding is a nightmare with an extremely poor customer support assigned to us. The app can't work on itself and the BSS dev team fix them when we point it out, but communicating it to Ruby is proving very difficult. Odd working ours and hour long breaks during working hours, we wake up very early in the morning to explain all the bugs and try to get this app running, on the BSS team timezone, with no success. It's been almost a week trying to configure this, and still lots of broken / unlinked features that is dependent on their dev team to fix.

Great app. Support very helpful and happy to do customisation on the theme as required to support the app. Has a lot of powerful wholesale features that other apps don't!

We used BSS Commerce to create a B2B portal for our online shop. This is the best app for our shop and there are so many settings and configurations you can adjust - depending on your billing plan of course.
everything works seamlessly and when it doesn't, their support is super knowledgable and quick with a solution. Jonas from the team has been the biggest help! I could not have achieved anything without his support and I would still be there struggling. Just a heads up: their contact hours may not be aligned with your working hours - since they are based in Vietnam- but you will ALWAYS have the answer waiting for you the next day. And when online, they answer super quickly! I can suggest this app to anyone who wants to integrate b2b into their shop.

Great app with a lot of functions that makes it easier and more cost effective compared to the higher price for getting the same functions with shopify.

Company is good about helping work through issues. There is a time difference between them and the US, and it sometimes takes them a bit to respond to questions, but they always respond and are helpful when they do.
