I started using the BSS B2B Solution app because I needed a reliable way to manage multi-tier pricing and wholesale orders in Shopify, something the native discounts couldn’t handle. My favorite features are custom pricing, customer segmentation, and POS Pro integration, which have saved me hours of manual work and kept my retail and wholesale pricing consistent across channels.

The app is particularly helpful when you need to manage B2B customers. It was sometimes not compatible with our theme, but the support does an excellent job. They reply very quickly and immediately try to solve all the issues. We recommend this app!

Because Shopify does not offer options for B2B sales (unless you use Shopify Plus), we were looking for a solution. Our desire was to serve both our retail customers and our B2B customers in one environment. Fortunately, after some research, we found the app BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution that allowed us to make this happen.

The support is excellent! Whenever we contacted through the BSS Solutions app, Jonas always responded quickly and very helpfully. Our questions were answered almost immediately and any problems quickly resolved.

If we had to mention some cons, it is that for creating and/or sending invoices you still need to find an external app or create the invoices manually. Furthermore, you need at least the Advanced Plan if you want to reverse VAT and at least Platinum if you want to set custom prices for different product variants and/or collections.

All in all, this doesn’t make the app cheap, but it is still a lot cheaper than the Shopify Plus Plan.

I started using the app because I needed a way to set up bulk pricing and separate price lists for different customers, which Shopify Basic doesn’t support.

Impressed me most was the support team, especially Jonas, who went above and beyond to help with setup and customization. Beyond that, quick to set up, and refreshingly stable with no bugs in my experience. This has allowed me to turn a limited Shopify Basic store into a fully functional B2B wholesale platform, while still keeping the B2C customers. That’s no easy task.
