Jena from the BSS team has been assisting our team for months as we have built a couple of sandbox and live wholesale Shopify stores. They have been really accommodating and are always coming out with new features and updates to make their apps better. I am loving this app and there are still so many features that I haven't even enabled yet. I tried another wholesale app before this and I'm glad I made the switch because this app gave me exactly what I was looking for. I had some issues with my form and the customer service was exceptional! I definitely recommend!

From first glance it looked easy as if all you had to do was install these features. But in the end everything had to be manually done by Emma and her Team. To be fair though they were very quick to respond and fixed any bugs reported.
Early days yet but looks like it will be a good solution for us going forward

Really good functionality, simple to set up. Emma and the team have been very helpful with any bugs that crop up. There's a couple of niggles with it where I think the app could be improved which I've suggested to the team - with these little improvements it's definitely a 5* app, and even without them it's still allowed us to move our B2B website from Magento 2 to Shopify!
