We were looking for something that would give the B2B experience without the cost of running Shopify+ and for 99% of what we are looking to do, this app ticks the boxes.

I had some issues in the compatibility with my theme but they fixed it fast and even did a few extra things that wasn't necessary. I researched my needs for a wholesale for days and I always came back to this one. The functionality is amazing and intuitive. I'm stoked I chose this app. Josephine and Trinh are amazing!

Tons of flexibility with this app - it's incredibly helpful for us. We now use a few of the BSS Commerce apps. The B2B/Wholesale Solution has a lot of flexibility built into it - such as setting custom pricing, tagging that to appropriate wholesale customers - and even the functionality around manual orders is quicker than doing it in Shopify directly. I have to say though, the best part is the support team. Jonas, Hoa Xuan Duong and Pham Le Minh Tri are rock stars - I'm not a developer so my knowledge of customizing is limited. But these guys really jumped in and took on my requests, treating my business as their own. They helped me create the wholesale experience I wanted - quickly and accurately. Even providing suggestions for improvement along the way. Highly recommend the app and their support.

They are very helpful and solve the problem very quick. I wrote them the problems that I was having through email and they responded to it the same day and solved the problems the next day.

So far this app sits well above all of the B2B/Wholesale Apps that I have seen or used. The functionality for the price is cheaper and the layout/design is better. The best thing is the support - Joy got back to me right away and was very helpful and Hoang Van Luan was super quick on fixes

We can more than just recommend this app. We have created price lists for wholesale customers and everything works just great. The app works on the simple principle of tagging customers, but it really thinks of everything and is super customizable. Customer support is very active and helpful. They even worked for weeks to program the feature we lacked, a specific minimum order quantity.
