Every time we've run into technical issues the team has successfully helped resolve them. Also, there are regular app functionality updates which gives us new options and comfort that the app is well supported.

The app works really well, we needed several adjustments and the support staff were very prompt in getting the changes made. Very happy with the product and especially the support, which is the real value. Great app, very helpful! I think the features are fairly comprehensive and they give you everything you would need to run a wholesale component to your store. Features were developed thoughtfully and the support team is pretty on top of anything you need. A lot of the functionality is also intuitive and makes it easy to navigate the UX.
