The support provided by June was excellent. Scheduling was not easy between Vietnam and East Coast US, but June worked with me to find a time that worked for both of us, and once she got the problem she worked it through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Excellent app. Excellent customer service. We had been using another slightly cheaper app, which did not work on all browsers, switched to B2B and after a little support, everything is great. Lots of features. Worth the extra!
We've only recently started using the app but support so far has been fantastic. Joy and team have solved the issues we were having quickly & effectively. All while being very friendly and polite. Thumbs up!
