Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect

took way too long to load in Shopify, sometimes it opens, sometimes it does not. but the support team is kinda helpful when I needed them to check my theme.

We use this app to make selected products available only to members, and it has been very useful for our store.

We wanted to replace the default lock image with a custom image that better matched our brand, but we were not sure how to do it. After contacting support, they responded very quickly and helped us customize the display.

Throughout the process, the support team was patient, professional, and willing to make several adjustments to achieve the best possible result. They carefully checked each issue and provided solutions promptly.

We really appreciate their excellent customer service and highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a flexible product-locking solution.

Sami B2B Lock app it is very easy to use. It doesn't have many options to customise your lock but the development team is super super helpful and helped me to customise and change everything I needed.

The app works great, easily does what it is supposed to. I wish it had more customer capabilities to edit the overall look but the customer service is so great that they make every effort to give you the look you want. The time difference adds a bit of a challenge for edits but again, the customer service goes over and beyond to help that I cannot complain. Highly recommend this lock app over others and I have tried 5 or more.

So far I have a good experience with this app. I am able to hide my add to cart button and I like that I can do it for specific products. Also been able to block certain pages. In the beginning I was not able to reach customer support but at present it is quite prompt and helps with any query very nicely. It is nice app. Thank you :)

I found this Sami app through a shopify forum when researching on how to restrict product page to be accessible from external and only works with pass key.

The support was very helpful and the development team swift on helping us doing the adjustment on the app.

I hope that some of the items can be fully customized from app backend in the future.

It's easy to set up, and the locking rules work well for hiding specific pages and pricing from retail customers. Support is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. Highly recommended for stores with both B2C and B2B needs!

The help was good, even though I couldn't get the feature I wanted, but the guy who helped me was very nice.
