We encountered a few hidden lock issues initially, but the support team was very helpful and responsive. The locking feature itself works amazingly well—exactly what we were looking for. It integrates smoothly even with third-party filters and search apps.
Deuxième application de Sami que j'utilise (j'utilise aussi Wholesale) et, après l'installation je n'arrivais pas à l'utiliser. Après 30 secondes de discussion, leur représentante Joanna a réussi à trouver mon erreur. J'avais eu une expérience semblable avec la première application, ils avaient réglé un bug la journée même. Excellent service à la clientèle!
Great app which works exactly how we hoped. Had some issues to start with another app interfering but support was amazing and the issue was sorted within a couple of hours.
The app works great, but honestly, the customer service is the BEST. Haley helped me out yesterday and today to get everything set up exactly how I wanted. When I first messaged them, the reply was so fast I legit thought I was talking to an AI, but it wasn't! She was so patient and guided me through every step until it was fixed. Now I see why this app has such high ratings!
Great app, works fine. We lock our B2B products to only be visible for B2B-tagged customers and the other way round. The support is quick and helpful by chat and also gives suggestions and ideas. Thanks a lot for your work!
Unhelpful and extremely rude customer service and condescending. When I said I would like a refund for the expired trial as the app didn't work for my needs, customer service responded as if I couldn't understand her. "Let me explain again". FFS.
Highly recommend business owners to just use Claude or any AI models to generate solutions for your specific ecommerce B2B needs. I managed in 2 days to solve a problem I had 100%, while Sami did nothing for me.
