I cannot recommend Sami B2B Lock enough, and a huge special mention goes to Haley, who has genuinely delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had on Shopify.

Haley and the development team went above and beyond in every single way. We needed a fully customised, password-protected landing page for our exclusive Black Friday VIP sale (something extremely specific, detailed, and time-sensitive) and they absolutely nailed it.

From custom layouts to pixel-perfect edits (even down to the tiniest font-size adjustments!), the developers were phenomenal. Every request was met with care, precision, and unbelievable turnaround times. It genuinely felt like a personalised, white-glove service from start to finish.

The final result is exactly what we envisioned, beautifully designed, seamless, and perfectly aligned with our brand. I am so, so, so grateful for the support, patience, and dedication that Haley showed throughout the entire process.

Simple solution to our problem with having a very small number of wholesale-only products. This enabled us to hide the prices on one collection without too much hassle.

This app was so easy to setup and made my page accessible to only my staff members so I could keep that content hidden from our regular users/customers. I started out on the free plan to get a feel for the app, but I plan to upgrade shortly to allow for the additional features like wholesale customer access. Additionally, I had a couple of questions on using the app and support answered me kindly and quickly. I will be using this app for my other website as well!

This is the best app to lock products. I used this to lock some products available only to my subscribers and it totally worked, not only helped me to showcase the Membership Exclusive products without showing the price tag, but to remove the add to cart option.

A nice to have feature could be to allow the add to cart option but display the modal when the client doesn't have a tag. This will increase the urgency or the exclusivity in my store. But for now, so far so good.

I found this Sami app through a shopify forum when researching on how to restrict product page to be accessible from external and only works with pass key.

The support was very helpful and the development team swift on helping us doing the adjustment on the app.

I hope that some of the items can be fully customized from app backend in the future.

I just started testing this app for my store, mainly to lock a page for B2B. After a little time getting used to the menus, I was able to set it up with the “unlock for specific customers” and "passcode" option. The app works, but I did notice a few rough edges—some of the language and grammar needed tweaking, and I wish there were more built-in style customization options. For example, adjusting icons, typefaces, or logo images directly through the interface would save time instead of relying on support.

That said, customer service was excellent. Haley helped me out quickly, adding custom code on their end to match the styling with my store’s branding. She was very responsive, and the issue was resolved smoothly.

Setting up the Sami B2B Lock app was very straightforward and user-friendly. The only challenge we’ve faced is that our store runs on the new Horizon theme, which it seems the app doesn’t fully support yet. That said, the customer service has been outstanding - Haley in particular has been amazing to work with. She consistently resolves our issues, follows up to ensure everything is running smoothly, and encourages us to reach out anytime. Overall, I highly recommend this app. It’s both affordable and incredibly helpful for managing B2B access.
