I haven't used the app "live" yet, but my experience with the set up has been pretty great: Customer support is friendly and can do a lot of customization for you!
The reason I didn't give full stars is that I feel it is excessive to need customer support's help for even some simple customizations like removing the lock image or the "powered by" footer, etc. It would be great if simple things ...

The app works great, easily does what it is supposed to. I wish it had more customer capabilities to edit the overall look but the customer service is so great that they make every effort to give you the look you want. The time difference adds a bit of a challenge for edits but again, the customer service goes over and beyond to help that I cannot complain. Highly recommend this lock app over ...
