Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect

The Sami B2B Lock app has been excellent for managing our wholesale pricing. It allows us to hide prices entirely and make them visible only to our approved B2B clients. On top of that, we can control the “Add to Cart” button, so only our selected B2B clients can purchase items. Setup was straightforward, and it integrates smoothly with our Shopify store. Support has been hands-on and very reactive, which has been a real help.

I honestly felt like giving up before I'd even really started. Setting up the lock system was very overwhelming for me, as it was so different from what I’m used to and I’m not a very technical person. Once I contacted support I spoke to Haley and when she realised this, she took a very kind and gentle approach, breaking things down into simple steps and explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. This really helped ease my overwhelm. She made the whole process so much easier to manage and resolved all of my issues efficiently and smoothly. I truly appreciated her patience, support, and clear communication, it made such a big difference for me!

Now I can actually understand the app and see the potential it has and am excited to integrate it into my store!

Honestly, if it weren't for Haleys help with the Lock system I probably would have uninstalled the app and tried something else! so thank you again Haley :)

This app works perfectly for my store setup. I can remove the "add to cart" button when I pause sales while in production.

Once we got on the same page with communication (text can be hard!) It was great. I did not want to have a whole new website for wholesale on top of a retail site and this hopefully will dissolve that stress! I have tried many other locking apps and none have worked before. Getting the issue fixed feels great and I am excited to see how it all flows. Also love the feature of customizing the way the lock page looks! as an artist that's a big plus for me! Thank you for helping resolve my problem and keeping my site on brand.

Easy install and set up. Ran into an issue with my theme where it locked the Add to Cart and Price in certain views (like Quick Buy and on the Collections page) but still showed up on the product page.

Customer Service was super fast in responding and working on the problem. It took a few tries for our theme to cooperate but they kept at it until it was fixed.

I can't say enough about how valuable it is to have a team that jumps right on an issue so that you can get up and running quickly. This is the second app we've installed from Samita and continue to be pleased with the simplicity of their products without giving up functionality.

Great app. Does exactly what I need it to. I use these guys to lock a page for whole purposes. There's a good amount of customization too if its there's something custom you want to like inserting a embedded hyperlink which I needed, these guys are always willing to help.

It's easy to set up, and the locking rules work well for hiding specific pages and pricing from retail customers. Support is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. Highly recommended for stores with both B2C and B2B needs!

I installed the app and had a minor issue. I reached out to the support team and even though they were away on a business trip, they still worked on my issue. They were efficient and communicated throughout the whole process. They fixed everything, and I asked for one more thing and they fixed that too.

This app is great not only for B2B, but also for B2C like me, because it allows me to create even more unique experiences for my customers. For example, I can easily offer exclusive early access to new product launches to select customers only, without having to shut down the entire site. And much more, including a great support team that responds quickly and helps me fine-tune some details to my needs.
