Sami chat is very helpful and accomdating for first time users of Sami B2B lock and shopify. Highly recommend is a great little app to have - I can lock certain pages and part of the website for editing without effecting the overall website and purchasing customers.
Easy install and set up. Ran into an issue with my theme where it locked the Add to Cart and Price in certain views (like Quick Buy and on the Collections page) but still showed up on the product page.
Customer Service was super fast in responding and working on the problem. It took a few tries for our theme to cooperate but they kept at it until it was fixed.
I can't say enough about how valuable it is to have a team that jumps right on an issue so that you can get up and running quickly. This is the second app we've installed from Samita and continue to be pleased with the simplicity of their products without giving up functionality.
Very useful app and easy to use. When I needed help with the settings, the support team responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. I highly recommend it.

As a manufacturing company, we use this app to allow customer to view their custom parts, specs, and allows them to order them online.
Very, very easy-to-use app with excellent support. It allowed us to differentiate products, collections, and content for wholesale and retail customers. We use it in conjunction with Samita Wholesale, and it enabled us to have two stores in one (retail + wholesale)
This is a pretty neat app for Shopify. Shopify lacks such an important feature where if you have some products on pre-order, you don't want the public access to them but perhaps a certain customer group such as VIP members.
The Sami B2B Lock, Password Protect app is the great alternative solution. While there is one item I wish they could address would be to allow the locked product's placeholder to be clickable for the user to access the locked page. But as a workaround, I'll include the link to the protected product in an e-mail and share the password to the customer group.
Haley from Samita is awesome! She went above and beyond to customize the app to match my theme's fonts and colors and replaced the standard lock image, with one that matches my products. Many thanks to Haley and cheers to the Samita support team! Shopify needs talent like Haley!
One of the best apps i've used with my Shopify store. I'm using it to gate certain product pages so they are only accessible to e-mail subscribers. Very easy to use, and any help you need with be easily accessible via the live chat. The team are extremely friendly and are more than happy to help you with any issues, such as removing any branding and changing the default image. They also help out with any placement requests, all done within a few hours of messaging.

Great customer service! We primarily wanted to use this app to separate our retail and wholesale portion of the business. There were a few kinks that needed to be worked out in the beginning. Sometimes the time difference made it so we couldn't chat in real-time; but they always got back to us as soon as possible and worked with us to get things fixed. Everything works great now!
Even if somethings goes wrong in the future, we have confidence that Sami B2B will be very responsive with great customer service!
