1. Introduction
I’m the Director of Marketing for OGO™, a small but rapidly growing company based in Ohio. We design and manufacture composting toilets, distributing our products to customers in over 40 countries. Our business serves both direct-to-consumer and wholesale markets, and as our international dealer network expanded, we found ourselves in need of a reliable, scalable system to manage our B2B orders—without compromising our retail storefront or pricing structure.

If we need to enter an order on behalf of a customer, simply entering their email ensures the correct SKUs and pricing populate automatically.

The price override functionality has also been a huge improvement for our reporting accuracy. Previously, we had to override pricing manually—causing all discounts to appear as “promotions” and throwing off our reporting. Now, with B2Bridge, each transaction reflects true pricing logic, giving us clean and reliable data.

While the initial setup took some time—creating price lists, tagging customers, and updating onboarding procedures—the payoff has been tremendous. Once configured, the platform is incredibly easy to maintain and highly intuitive.

4. Impact & Results
The impact of B2Bridge on our business has been immediate and measurable. Our staff now spends significantly less time managing wholesale orders, freeing them to focus on fulfillment and customer experience. Dealers can log in, view their custom catalogs, and place orders on their own—reducing back-and-forth emails and eliminating order-entry errors.

Had been trying to cobble together a bunch of b2b apps to make my standard store a wholesale store and was frustrated at the patchwork quality. Found this app that really does everything I need it to and deleted all the other ones. Very kind and responsive developer team who were able to customize the app to my exact needs to make my wholesale website function correctly. I use the registration form to allow for new customers to request accounts and the quantity rules to allow for case packs. They were able to create minimum order value requirements for checkout as well as make the buttons and text match my website theme. Would definitely recommend this app and developer team.
