1. Introduction
I’m the Director of Marketing for OGO™, a small but rapidly growing company based in Ohio. We design and manufacture composting toilets, distributing our products to customers in over 40 countries. Our business serves both direct-to-consumer and wholesale markets, and as our international dealer network expanded, we found ourselves in need of a reliable, scalable system to manage our B2B orders—without compromising our retail storefront or pricing structure.

2. Challenges Before B2Bridge
Before implementing B2Bridge, managing our wholesale accounts was a major challenge. Each dealer had their own custom SKUs and unique pricing, which meant that all orders had to be handled manually. Dealers would send purchase orders by email, and our staff would spend hours cross-checking SKUs, applying discounts, and manually entering data into Shopify.

Making wholesale-only SKUs visible in our storefront wasn’t an option, and this limitation meant we had little automation or self-service capability for our dealers. 3. Experience Using B2Bridge
B2Bridge solved those challenges from start to finish. The features that have had the greatest impact for us are the Price Lists, Customer Groups, and Manual Orders tools. These allow us to assign specific pricing and product visibility to each dealer. If we need to enter an order on behalf of a customer, simply entering their email ensures the correct SKUs and pricing populate automatically.

The price override functionality has also been a huge improvement for our reporting accuracy. Previously, we had to override pricing manually—causing all discounts to appear as “promotions” and throwing off our reporting. Now, with B2Bridge, each transaction reflects true pricing logic, giving us clean and reliable data.

While the initial setup took some time—creating price lists, tagging customers, and updating onboarding procedures—the payoff has been tremendous. Once configured, the platform is incredibly easy to maintain and highly intuitive.

4. Impact & Results
The impact of B2Bridge on our business has been immediate and measurable. Our staff now spends significantly less time managing wholesale orders, freeing them to focus on fulfillment and customer experience. Dealers can log in, view their custom catalogs, and place orders on their own—reducing back-and-forth emails and eliminating order-entry errors.

The result is a completely streamlined wholesale process, faster turnaround times, and happier customers who now feel empowered to manage their own accounts.
