Absolutely amazing customer service! I’m usually pretty good at getting everything set up myself, but I like to connect with support afterward to go over everything and answer any questions I’ve put together.

Arnad and Shihab were on the chat right away and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed.

So far, I’m extremely happy with the app. It has completely replaced another app I was using while giving me both restock notifications and preorder functionality for about what I was paying for just the restock app alone.

Easy to set up and very useful for collecting waitlist signups for sold-out sizes. The support team was responsive and helped us customize the Notify Me button to better match our store’s theme. The back-in-stock alerts and reporting are straightforward and helpful. A great app for fashion stores managing size availability.

Sto usando Stoq soprattutto per l'opzione preorder sul mio store Shopify ed è davvero un game changer. Il pulsante si integra benissimo con il design del sito, senza sembrare un'app esterna appiccicata lì per caso.
I clienti capiscono subito come funziona e gli avvisi automatici ci stanno risparmiando un sacco di messaggi in DM e mail di supporto. Super intuitiva da impostare e fa esattamente quello che promette. Consigliatissima!

This STOQ app works exactly as needed to offer 1 item as a preorder on our website, while having other items still available to ship immediately.

We like that preorders were able to be isolated from different orders, and that the fulfillment status comes through as "scheduled" for all preorders. We also like that we could require preorder products to be ordered separately from other items.

We had a few issues with getting the app to work with our theme, but the customer service team was super helpful and quick to respond and make adjustments to get things working and looking the way we wanted to. Thanks Hyelladi!

We will definitely use this app again next time we feature a product as preorder only.

This app is amazing! We received our first preorder within just four days of going live. The setup took a few hours, but once everything was configured, the app worked smoothly. We especially like that it gives us full control to set product-level minimums + max and display estimated shipping dates for customers—both features our store really needed.
