Stoq: Back in stock, PreOrder

I have been using this app for about a month, and I'd highly recommend it for its outstanding features and customer support!
1. It offers a lot of customization options, which enables the app to seamlessly embed in your website.
2. For whatever you cannot customize by yourself, the support team does it for you within a couple of hours.
3. It is a small team working behind the app. I personally prefer to work with a small team rather than a big company, because they respond quickly (never tell you to submit a ticket and wait for up to 48 hours), the service is personal (they actually spend time to understand your requests, instead of redirecting you to some blog posts or Youtube tutorials), and the one or two persons in charge always get the job done perfectly.
4. The price is good. Very fair for the functions and support we receive.

Fantastic app as well as support team! We love the ability to send email alerts to customers when the products they love come back in stock. It's such a basic yet crucial feature in our store. While we're new to the app, we do believe it will be well worth the price by being able to convert browsers into buyers over time. Integration was seamless and Kartik and his team have been very responsive and helpful. We're so glad to be working with them and Restock Rocket!

Very good app so far. Just installed it and customer support was solid and supportive. Kartik made a minor customization and is very helpful. Easy-to-follow layout, none of the convoluted gymnastics that some apps require of you. Will see how well it works in the field as time goes by, but I expect it to do what it says it will do.

The app is really simple to use, is super functional and looks great and the customer support is top notch. Highly recommend!

This app and the customer service are great. I just dealt with Anaam and she was super quick and helpful with my designing requests.

I have been putting off installing a back in stock app since I've tried before and they never looked right and I just didn't have time to fiddle with troubleshooting. But this time I used Restock Alerts and when it didn't look right I just right away messaged for help on a weekend and someone helped me almost immediately! Fixed it and now I'm up and running in 5 minutes! Great customer service, thank you!!
