Very cool app that allows us to easily accept special orders (for items that we can get but don't have on backorder) and preorders (for items we have on backorder with a known ship date). Easy to setup and get started with. A few very specific questions we had were addressed very quickly by their support team (Prarthana and Anaam were of great assistance). I will consider this developer for other apps going forward.
Ridiculously quick, and super friendly and helpful support via the live chat! Such confidence with this app knowing the support team are so prompt and willing to help out.

First day using it, and it's really great so far, it does what we need it to. Customer service is excellent so far too, it's a Saturday and we had helping us to do what needed to be done very quickly. Looking forward to using it for a longer time and will update the review.

This app, Stoq, is incredibly helpful and very straightforward to use. Its usability and customization options are unmatched. Additionally, the customer support is truly remarkable, for example, I had a bit of trouble with customizing a button to my exact liking, and Shashi was beyond helpful and patient, making sure my specfic needs were met. Easy to use, their free plan is super great for small shops. We've been liking it so far!
I am very satisfied with the application and the service! The team is very responsive and solves problems very quickly. A real pleasure to work with. The only drawback is that the application doesn't (yet) handle translations of product names made via the Translate and Adapt application. Email notifications therefore take into account the product name in the default version of the store, and not the translated version. I hope this feature will be available one day :)
