Support for this app was so quick and helpful! I worked with Anaam to get our DKIM authentication configured and they were super easy to work with and friendly. We solved the issue in under 10 minutes and I was able to continue setting up the rest of the app. All of the help center materials have been so clear and easy to follow, and I think that this is going to solve many of our restock notification needs! Thank you! :)

I searched for and tried multiple back in stock apps, and this one worked best for what we needed. It's easy to use and the reporting is done in a way that suits our company best. Also, from my initial experience, their service is great. I needed some assistance with setting part of it up - I contacted them, and Vishu was quick to help and very kind.
Great app. Used it for preorders and back in stock reminders. Had some bumps along the way setting it up but support responded instantly every time and followed up on the requests. Great service.
It is very easy to set up, and I have not encountered any issues so far. Can setup various pre-order collections, with ease and no heavy thinking or any coding required. It does what you want it to do and where you want it done. Can Highly recommend. The one thing that may be an issue is that you cannot say what it should do when the item count is reached, it keeps it on "continue selling when out of stock" there is no option to say what you want it to revert back to once the count of items is reached. As far as I can see.
I am currently setting up my shop & wanted an option for customers to request out of stock items. It has been easy to customize the settings for the form & emails to match my brand.
Shashi was very helpful and quick to help reposition the "notify me" button to where I wanted it to appear on my item listing.
I love the back in stock feature on this app! Recently tried to set up a preorder situation and was having some issues but Shashi was there to save the day. The customer service is beyond amazing and extremely helpful.
