I was loooking for a pre-order app for my store and downloaded the Stoq app to see how it was.
It was super easy to set up, but i did have a problem getting the Pre-Order button to show.
There is a button for support and within 1 minute Shashi was in contact. He went onto my store and fixed the problem (and redesigned the look) within 5 minutes. It is amazing to have such quick support and i am only on the free plan at the moment, but look forward to upgrading when the store becomes busier.

A great app for those who are on the starter plan with Shopify. I needed a back in stock app to help notify my customers when something is sold out. I'm just starting out and trying to learn everything. Easy to use and Nagaraj was very helpful when I needed help moving something around. Great app so far!!!

We have not used Stoq for that many weeks, but we can say is that from our initial experience, Stoq has been great in helping us managing our customer's expectations especially for sold out products.

We'll definitely have more to say when we use it longer but seems like we would be using this for the long run!

Seamless integration to my Shopify store. I had a little issue getting the preorder button to show up, but Nagaraj quickly resolved my issue and now it works perfectly.
