I am very satisfied with the application and the service! The team is very responsive and solves problems very quickly. A real pleasure to work with. The only drawback is that the application doesn't (yet) handle translations of product names made via the Translate and Adapt application. Email notifications therefore take into account the product name in the default version of the store, and not the translated version. I hope this feature will be available one day :)
very helpful customer suppport. so far haven't used a ton of features since I'm just setting up the store and haven't officially started selling yet.
Great app and the customer service is great too. I had a more complicated setup as I use a custom page builder overlayed on Shopify. The team were great in helping me getting it all working despite it not being an 'Out the box" integration.
I've tried other Shopify preorder apps, all of which were rather difficult to navigate, set-up and rendered no live assistance through chat or otherwise. Upon downloading Stoq, I ran into a snag and decided to give chat a try. Like most apps, I didn't expect a response especially on a Sunday morning before 9 a.m. However and to my unexpected but most delightful surprise, I received an immediate response!!! WOW! That alone spoke EXCELLENCE in Customer Service. The snag I ran into was my user error and I found Stoq not only to be the most user friendly and easier to navigate than all others but additional features to assist our store such as follow-up emails to our customers and more. It is very rare to say the least that I would take the time as I have none, much less write this much, if I had not been this impressed. Stoq excelled my expectations and was exactly what I was looking for. As mentioned, to have immediate customer service at my fingertips was priceless!

Downloaded this app, and a help box popped up. At first I was taken back but then I had a question and it became very helpful. Not only did they help me with my issue but also helped make the button look better.
So far so good! Got this app to just collect a waitlist of customers for a certain product. I was able to do this on their free trial but recently hopped on their subscription to offer sms notifications. Their customer service was quite unexpectedly great and they even fixed some things in the code to make the product page more visually appealing with their app! Great stuff, really only need to generate 1 sale to make it worth it and we already have 50 people on the waitlist. Tried figuring out a manual solution but it was going to cost too much and take too muc htime! Their app is Great stuff, worth the money.
