Stoq: Back In Stock, PreOrder

I needed to set up a "Notify me when available" button on my website and was hesitant to begin...Restock Rocket was my first install and it did not disappoint. I sent an enquiry through online chat for help with setting up my button - Within minutes, Anaam responded to my needs & set up the "Notify me" button on my site, in the exact placement I wanted, AND colour matched to my theme. We've launched a pre-order product and had issues with another Shopify App that wasn't working properly with our Debutify Theme, so I reached out to Restock Rockets and they absolutely amazed us! Not only did they help us set it up, but they also fixed an issue during the setup. More importantly, their engineers fixed it during the weekend for us! I was about to unfollow this app because of such expensive usuage and high pricing of SMS in India but I though to reach out to their support before unfollowing and ask why they are charging me very high. And let me tell they were kind enough to refund the full money and in addition they sent me a discount code as well. I have been a shopify merchat from more than 4 years and let me tell I never had such an amazing experience like this. These guys offer the best support and no doubt their app is great as well. Not ever going to unfollow.

Still in the process of getting set up, but the app support team has been amazing. I had some trouble switching over from another app and Anaam patiently guided me through the whole process. Looking forward to using the new pre-order feature as well!
