Customer service is off the charts. Prompt and helpful.

The app can be a little cumbersome at times, but the customer service more than makes up for it.

I'm getting ready to launch my store and wanted to have the preorder option enabled. I reached out to the team and Shashi spent time to make sure it was set up exactly how I wanted it. Amazing customer service and I'm excited to go live with the site!

We switched to Stoq from a different app, as Stoq had better pricing for the features we wanted which was the "notify me when back in stock" item. Their support has been super helpful and responsive in getting me set up and the back end looks really easy to use.

We are very impressed with this app so far. Very intuitive in selecting products, inputting future stock totals to sell against and estimated ship by dates, which create a nice interface for the customer to see when selecting products. We've had a few issues with set up, some user error, some due to our separate add-on app. The team is super responsive 24/7 to help with any issues, which has been amazing! There dev team has been able to create a work around to work with our add-on app, etc. It's not yet 100% for us, but they are constantly making improvements and soliciting feedback.
