Der Support ist sehr gut - aber nötig, denn unser Developer der beauftragten Agentur hat sich schwer getan die App sauber einzurichten und so sind sehr lange keine Benachrichtigungen raus gegangen an Interessenten die auf ein Produkt warten.

Ich habe noch lange mit dem Support Einstellungen und Änderungen gemacht und in unserem vorherigen woocommerce Shop hatten wir da eine einfacher funktionierende Lösung als bei Shopify.

Also 5 Sterne für den Support - aber deutlich weniger Sterne für die App an sich

An easy to set up app with a quick and helpful support team. It has given us many sales so far, which is very helpful. My only criticism is that it is a bit of a challenge to use at times, but I see they are updating the app. I HIGHLY recommend this app.

We are overall pleased with the app and happy we have preorders!

We have had some issues with the app (prob due to our website theme), but the team is so helpful and immediately fixes any issues for us.

When it works it's great, but it's not so easy to set up. Could very well be user error, but if that's the case should continue to work on ease of use.

The app was easy to understand but unfortunately it required additional support to get it aligned on the product page which caused us to miss sales. I should have reached out sooner.
When I did reach out to customer service, Hassan was incredibly helpful! He took care of the issues quickly, went above and beyond to help me with another unrelated issues and followed up to make sure everything went well. 10/10 for customer service.

Great App for generating customer interest especially on higher priced items. The support team are excellent and very helpful insorting out any problems, always someone online to help.

Update: customer service was able to fix the issue with my products showing notify me when available when they were available. App is working fine now thank you!

Was working well but now it Glitches and is showing products that are in stock with a notify when available button on top of the add to cart button. It is misleading customers to think products are out of stock when they are not. I have reached out to customer service about this I hope they can resolve this.

Very helpful customer service and pretty easy to understand and use. The one negative point I have as of now, is that you can not fully customize the pre-order confirmation emails, which they hopefully will add soon.
