El soporte técnico ha hecho una diferencia totalmente positiva, atendido por humanos que resuelven a mi entera satisfacción. Recientemente incorporé STOQ en POS y me ha ayudado enormemente a levantar los pedidos especiales de mis clientes. Estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados.
I've been using the back in stock feature for a long time and it works well and looks good on our site.
Now setting up preorders for the first time and their customer service was top notch.. I needed help getting it to display right on our store and they were easy to communicate with and fixed it very fast for us.
Fantastic app, Shihab was very responsive and was able to customize the notification button to appear below my "sold out" button for a clean look. Took less than 5 minutes to get it done. This has reduced our customer service emails asking about sold out products and increased sales the moment they come back in stock. A+
Très bonne application, complète et facile à utiliser. Les fonctionnalités de précommande et de retour en stock sont vraiment utiles, et les pop-ups s’intègrent bien au site.
J’ai eu un petit problème d’affichage au départ, mais le support via le chat a été super réactif et a réglé le souci très rapidement. Très satisfait du service.
Works well for what we use it for! Klayvio integration is key, and love the customization that is available. We used both the notify when available and pre-orders, and have been happy with both!
We use the app for restock alerts and for this purpose it has been performing as expected. Definitely a worthwhile investment for us. I would also like to emphasize excellent and responsive customer support. When we've had issues, a tech has been quick to resolve any issue.

Stoq works so well for our store but better yet the support team is top notch. I had an issue at 1130 pm on a Saturday night, due to a theme update. They got back to me in 30 seconds and fixed it in the backend and it was up and working again!!!
Der Support ist sehr gut - aber nötig, denn unser Developer der beauftragten Agentur hat sich schwer getan die App sauber einzurichten und so sind sehr lange keine Benachrichtigungen raus gegangen an Interessenten die auf ein Produkt warten.
Ich habe noch lange mit dem Support Einstellungen und Änderungen gemacht und in unserem vorherigen woocommerce Shop hatten wir da eine einfacher funktionierende Lösung als bei Shopify.
Also 5 Sterne für den Support - aber deutlich weniger Sterne für die App an sich
Amazing, quick and helpful customer service. Arnab resolved an issue we were having within minutes and even looked into our store settings for us to ensure everything continued to run smoothly. The app itself is awesome for preorders, especially in furniture sales this is a game changer. Thanks!
