Stoq: Back In Stock, PreOrder

First day using it, and it's really great so far, it does what we need it to. Customer service is excellent so far too, it's a Saturday and we had helping us to do what needed to be done very quickly. Looking forward to using it for a longer time and will update the review.

Chat support was quick and responsive. Prarthana was really helpful with troubleshooting and getting the pre-order button to show up on the right theme.

This app, Stoq, is incredibly helpful and very straightforward to use. Its usability and customization options are unmatched. Additionally, the customer support is truly remarkable, for example, I had a bit of trouble with customizing a button to my exact liking, and Shashi was beyond helpful and patient, making sure my specfic needs were met. Frankly, I've never had such amazing customer support before. I highly recommend this app for your notification/widget/preorder needs.

I use the app because it is one of the few that offers a free double opt-in function and first sends the customer a verification email. I was helped very quickly. Many thanks to Shashi from chat support. Nevertheless, I wish the tariffs were a little cheaper. I'm going to test the app now and I think it's good.

I love this app! I use the free plan and it gives me so many options, I can finally keep my costumers close even when the product they liked it's not available. This app is very professionally presented and would make a great addition to any product based shopify website. The support I received from Kartik is unparalleled. This app was extremely easy to install and get running. I really like that they have a free plan that remains free until your business reaches a certain level - I wouldn't have tried it otherwise. It is very nice not trying to keep track of restock requests ourselves - would definitely recommend giving this app a try. It also doesn't slow down our site at all. The developers also provide reports about how many alerts go out and that is useful information to have. I use another app of theirs (Filemonk) and the team was very helpful and quick with the one problem I had. This app is so easy I didn't need any help on installation or management.
