Very cool app that allows us to easily accept special orders (for items that we can get but don't have on backorder) and preorders (for items we have on backorder with a known ship date). Easy to setup and get started with. A few very specific questions we had were addressed very quickly by their support team (Prarthana and Anaam were of great assistance). I will consider this developer for other apps going forward.

Downloaded this app, and a help box popped up. At first I was taken back but then I had a question and it became very helpful. Not only did they help me with my issue but also helped make the button look better.

This app is pretty easy to use - I use for Preorders mainly - and the customer service when I need help is excellent!

Anaam and Nagaraj in support were extremely helpful in getting the app set up. Have yet to start using it in earnest, but it looks likely it'll do exactly what we're hoping:)
