I have had the back in stock button installed for some time and have had no problems with it at all. I am trying out the new Pre Order button now. Customer service has always been quick to respond to any queries and any hiccups are smoothed out very quickly.

Amazing customer support, got help with the set up as soon as I downloaded the app and just took a few minutes- Shashi was super helpful, so glad I chose this app and confident that if I have any other questions they would be able to help straight away, would definitely recommend!

Love this app! It is really user friendly. I set up pre-orders so quickly on my own. I needed help with back in stock notifications and they were so helpful and got it sorted within 5 minutes!

Customer service was excellent in helping me navigate my unique setup between my website, Shopify, and Stoq. After receiving help from Vishu in customer service, my path forward was clear for how to modify my setup so we can receive pre-orders for out upcoming album release.
