Stoq: Back In Stock, PreOrder

Excellent support ! Amna a été très réactive, professionnelle et attentive à mes demandes. Elle a rapidement résolu le problème d’affichage du bouton de retour en stock, puis a parfaitement adapté la mise en forme du message selon mes indications. Les échanges ont été fluides, le suivi sérieux et le résultat correspond exactement à mes attentes. Une application efficace accompagnée d’un support client de grande qualité. Je recommande vivement !

Très bonne application, complète et facile à utiliser. Les fonctionnalités de précommande et de retour en stock sont vraiment utiles, et les pop-ups s’intègrent bien au site.

J’ai eu un petit problème d’affichage au départ, mais le support via le chat a été super réactif et a réglé le souci très rapidement. Très satisfait du service.

Application pas encore totalement testée, elle semble prometteuse, mais ce qui est certain c'est que l'assistance en ligne est au TOP !
Modification après quelques jours d'utilisation, l'application tient ses promesses et l'équipe HOTLINE est irréprochable !

STOQ is fantastic! It helped me implement exactly what I needed for my jewelry store (a “made to order” option with the appropriate disclaimers, as well as “back in stock” reminders).

I was also super impressed with the live support when I had some problems installing the app on my customized template. I was very lucky to be assigned Paul from the support team, he was extremely competent and helpful, and solved all the code issues in a couple of minutes.

11/10, I couldn’t recommend it more! The support staff is amazing.

I have to say, the service from the Stoq team is second to none. I have too many apps to count for my shopify store, and the service from Stoq beats that of any other app I have. The team are not only quick to respond, but they seem to have a magic workaround for everything I have wanted to achieve, from adding custom links to my preorder widget to moving the pre order button on my product page that was being impacted by my shopify theme and many other requests I have made, quickly fulfilled. This is a fantastic app with great capability and makes my pre orders and waitlists a breeze. The integration with klaviyo is great. Thanks very much to the team :)

STOQ is very simple to use, yet quite powerful in function. We had a couple minor display adjustments that we needed fixed and Arnab helped me out and had the adjustments in place within just a few minutes. Very happy with my decision to use STOQ for Pre-Orders and Back In Stock notifications.
